Double Din to Single Din – blanking plates?

I have a friend who has an RX but wants to fit a single Din stereo.  At the moment he just has the whole for a double din.  Where can you get blanking plates or kits so you can fit a single din?

Mine\'s got a cubby box in the lower space, it\'s got a flip down door and everything. Not sure where you\'d get one but would defo recommend if you can find one. Looks factory so you could probably get one from Mazda.
