Gen 2 Brake Master Cylinder

Hi all,
I have come back from a long break and now I have no Brakes!!
After close inspection, I have discovered that brake fluid as been leaking between the reservoir and the master cylinder.

I have looked at the repair service/manual  that you can download. It seems that there is no seal between the two ( on the diagram).
Common sense suggests that there should be.

So here are my questions:
Is possible to purchase the parts (from Mazda or Halfords)
How easy is it to rectify, ie, bleeding the brakes etc.

P.s. To top it all, my Rover\'s  broken too!!
