Hi, things that jump out at me are..

(looking at the blue plug and coming directly down the picture) Metal pipe is missing a vacum hose

Vacum hose with the white dot (the one nearer the top of the pic) is squashed and probably brittle, it has something to do with 2nd turbo control (as I\'ve had probs with this hose.

The green and white check valve in the right hand side of the picture, did you remove the vacum hose on the end of it from the underside of the inlet manifold?.  It almost looks like it\'s come off and nestled down, if not ignore that :D

Have a look at the pics in my thread here thread

btw

what is that yellow stuff on the solenoid in the top of the pic?, it almost looks like it\'s been broken and araldited up?.  If so I\'d replaced that too as a crack would be easily missed, plus you don\'t know if it\'s partially blocked inside.

thansk for the reply m8 hope fully when these pipes are changed and fitted correctly by second turbo will cut it as it only works intermitantly at the mo

and yes the yellow stuff is glue looks like a poor repair job in the past a few of the check valves were stuck together with the same stuff

Can see a few things wrong straight away, what you really need is another car/pic of another car(that you know is correct)to look at.There is a colour coded rats nest diagram but with it all still on car its hard to follow.Vac pipe thats missing centre screen off the metal pipe should go to the bottom front solenoid which is double throttle control, looks like your feed to oil inj is missing unless its been re-routed.
Need to get it checked over asap, best of luck with it.
