T2 Stereo wiring?

Hello all.

Has anyone got a Wiring Diagram for the stock Stereo on a 1990 Vert?

Sounds realy dumb but there is a big plug (looks like an old multi disk plug) and two other std looking plugs.

One of the std looking plugs is the power etc (i have sorted these with a Power probe) but the other std looking plug only has 6 wires? But theres 4 stock speakers?

Can anyone point me in the right direction, its been a long day and my head hurts!

Check behind the glovebox on the passenger side, you may still have the origional Clarion Amplifier installed, I remember having to remove this and remake virtually the whole loom on my currrent 2nd gen.

Cheers for that, I\'d have spent ages trying to figure which ones where the speaker wires.

I\'ve found the Amp, I\'ve pulled all that and have changed my plans a bit, i\'m going to get a 4 Chanel Amp and some decent speakers and do it properly. If i\'ve got to rewire it i might as well?

Entirely upto you, I already had most of the loom out so it was esy enough for me to find which wire was which, but under the same circumstances as you I think I\'d go for the amp to make life easier! (Should be able to pick up a 4 way 60watt amp pretty cheap I\'d imagine?)

I did as you say pulled the Box out and removed the Amp. I\'ve just wire it up to the stock loom but have plans for a pair of Amps,Set of Componants and a Sub.

Thanks for the help i would have been messing about for hours thying to get the speakers to work not knowing i\'d got a factory amp.
