Dodgy Water Guage?

Hi all...

Just got my \'7\' back from being repaired (only bought 1 month ago) new rad, ast tank + pressure caps. All seemed fine temperature normal - well below half way on stock gauge... etc etc.

Its a week later and I am experiencing after almost exactly 20 mins of driving the coolant buzzer comes on for 15 seconds - temperature rises slightly, buzzer goes off then temperature is back to normal... Am not losing coolant - chamber is full everytime I check it...?

It\'s going back to garage - I have suggested its a dodgy thermostat and that it be replaced - anything else it could be or anyone else experienced anything like this?

I don\'t have 100% confidence in the garage I bought car from - so when I get it back I will take it to Geff @ Re:work for a service...

Any thoughts/advice welcome...

Please don\'t tell me my engine\'s cooked?
