What's wrong with Phil's Rotaries?

Does anyone on the forum have any experience with buying parts from Phil's Rotaries and Fast Fours (ebay store)?
I know they have been providing parts for fellow Mazda owners for years. Just purchased various clips, windscreen washer nozzles and a radio from them. Paid bank transfer and... This is now nearly 3 weeks ago and all communication seems to have gone dead. These guys are not your usual internet fraudsters, but something weird is going on. Anyone happen to know what?  Any theories greatly appreciated!

Appears that they are struggling with a massive backlog of emails and orders. Customers will need to be very-very patient and then some, but you'll get there in the end.

Yep, have finally received my order. Be patient, it might take a couple of months, but you'll get your parts!
