Ceramic coating yay or nay

Obviously has great benefits but is it worth it or does a inconel heat shield or turbo blanket work just as well?

Only thing that really works is https://www.zircotec.com

With my turbo I could literally do a race come back in a and just about lay may hand on my Turbo !
Some people on here will have seen I have very little underbonnet heat after a race.

I am told by Zircotec that the bulk of FI, moto grand prix and Nascar use their products, but Aerospace is their bigger market  .

Not cheap but the downpipe coating has lasted seven years so far.
