Problem with rev / boost

Last weekend my FC start to be sick when I go to RPM without the boost it goes to high rev smooth, but if I put gas more to develop some boost it sounds like a spluttering loose power. Here is video https://youtu.be/clzIR7hZlUk

* My plan is check fuel pump / system and MAF MAP Air leaks but other than that no idea.

How does it behave on cold start?   Does the revs bounce at all

Starting cold/hot is perfect every time (engine was rebuilt 10k miles ago) It starts once a week now it develops to be almost every time when boost goes up.

A S5 will cut if the Electronic OMP faulty (often connectors to left of alternator) also TPS will shut of boost if faulty, TPS unique to S5, had to change mine as would drop out of boost at 12-15K
