Done on a couple of cars, there are plenty of procedures of how to do it on line, you need a corner weight gauge of some sort, I think I used a Pace one.  You will need to have adjustable pre-load spring/shocks to do this. You also need a very flat surface otherwise you may be wasting your time.

One possible procedure is http://7faq.com/owbase/ow.asp?FlatFloorSetup.

You may need to have about a 1/2 to a full day.

You would need at least a 400kg scales I would have thought to be safe (1250kg / 4 = 312.5kg). Looking on ebay there are platform scales for 500kg. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/500kg-HEAVY-DUTY-POSTAL-PLATFORM-DIGITAL-SCALE-/191234035317?pt=UK_Packaging_Materials&hash=item2c866fce75
