BMW E46 330D Touring

Hi folks,
 
This has been my daily for a little while now and its been brilliant, very comfortable, very reliable, good mpg (30s 40s in town and low 50s on a run) great for moving stuff around, but I’m downsizing my fleet so shes for sale.

Cant remember how much mot, at least a month cause ive just taxed it

Will be serviced again before she goes
 
Good points,
 
•Black grills
•Black bmw wheels
•HID headlights
•Polybushed rear subframe
•Brembo discs and pads front and rear
•Full leather, adjustable seats
•Cd changer
•M sport bumpers, gearknob etc as standard
•Steering wheels control, air con, cruise control etc etc
•Rear parking sensors
•No rusty arches or sill etc, solid car
•All electrics work
•Tinted front fogs
 
Bad points,
 
•there is a scratch on the n/s/r door and slightly on the front of the rear arch, never tried to buff it out but a second hand door would probably be the answer
•the wheel alignment is slightly out as it pulls a tiny bit to the left
•wheels are a little stone chipped
•some cracked paint on the front bumper
 
Im looking to sell outright for £3500,
Or px for a cheaper car worth around £1000 with £2500 on top (preferably drifty)
Or possibly straight swap if something really tickled my fancy but that could be hard
