Instrument Cluster & Fans dont work

Ok, so was fixing my AC, turns out the rear wiper fuse keeps blowing. The wires to me Blower had melted so sorted that out. Anyway now have a new problem....

My instrument cluster or fans don\'t work. The car starts but have to give it gas to start. It was working perfect before I attempted to fix the AC/rear wiper fuse issue.

I have found that when I connect the blue & B/Y wire on the fan relay that the instrument cluster turns on....find this weird, any thoughts anyone???
