I\'m back, after a couple of years of the fc egi going i\'ve now bought a savanna turbo and TII vert.

I\'ve been having fun and games trying to get the vert to run but i diagnosed the fuel pump was not getting enough pressure, so i chuck on a egi pump i had laying around it i managed to get it to fire up, the only thing is that it couts out after about 4-5 seconds of running.
I\'m putting it down to due to it being a egi pump its not getting enough fuel and just cutting out.

It needs a new pump obviously but wanted to ask your opinions first.

I\'m going to try and up the power a little on it (got hks filter and turbo back system with no cat or air pump) and will shove a hks fcd on it to stop it leaning out the rear rotor.

I didn\'t turn it off in this vid, it died it self.

are you sure its the pump not getting pressure or the 12v not being enough to run the pump ?

I have read loads about doing fuel pump rewires .. might be worth chucking a meter on there to ensure you are getting the right voltage ??

Will do that, will get a new pump anyway as I need one but will check the voltage.

It was the ecu that i fitted to it when i was trying to get it running, put the original one on it and it is now fine.
