How to save an image using Windows 8????

I have  been sent a link  with images on and I wanted to save one of the images.  Can someone for the life of me using Windows 8 tell me how to do it as I cannot see any option to save the image.

I want to save it as a Jpeg onto my desk top, but when I click on the image all I get is either copy  or delete?
