To all those staying at the Premier Inn: What time *roughly* are you hoping to arrive??
Would be nice to meet in the bar/restaurant for dinner/drink.

^^ I was just thinking the same thing. I aim to be there about 6pm too. I\'m guessing it will be busy and maybe we need to book a table to eat? But I don\'t know how many are staying at the Cepen or arrival times. If people are able to post up here (and I\'ll put a copy in the other main Japfest thread), I\'ll try to book a suitable table for those who want to eat, as soon as I arrive.

Put the EARLIEST time you want to eat, then I can adjust slightly is you are arriving later to suit the majority.
