Petrol Flap cable adjustment

Hi, does anybody know how to adjust the petrol flap cable. I think mine is too loose as it wont operate. I know the cable is ok as I can operate the rear boot/hatch.

For the fd?
If so, No there is no adjustment, Im guessing your flap wont open?
There should be a metal tab/spring that pushes the flap open a little when you pull the lever it may need bending out slightly or is missing?

for the FD yea. Well when I pull the lever the little pin doesn\'t move, but when i pull on the actual cable the pin moves in and out which is why I believed it just needed tightened

possible the handle is broken?
There is no way of adjusting it.
