apexi ecu fuel cut

Hi all,
    Does anybody know if the base map on the apexi ecu for a  98FD has a fuel cut mapped in as standard.
When i accelerate wot in first and second gear and max boost and power arrive at 5500rpm ,there  is an abrupt cut off of the fuel.
The car is running 340hp.
Anyone got any idea\'s.

erm no idea but i wouldn\'t of thouught so cant remember anyone offering me millions for the FCD off my old ECU to bolt onto the apexi.......

To summarise i dunno but i\'d wana go to sum1 who did......fuel cut if thats wot it is cant be good for rotary power.

Is it fuel cut or an incorrect set-up on the rev limiter?  Before mine was mapped the rev limiter was set very low.

Just a thought.

G\'day from Germany,

there is a fuel cut on PFC. It will happen when you boost will rich 0.25BAR over the settings adjusted  on your PFC. Please check your PFC- Commander manual, which is avaliable for download and is linked somewhere here on forum.

Cheers Iwan.....Good to here from you over in Germany.....Think iv\'e got it sussed now,just need to set the boost level on the apexi higher than that on the blitz controller.
My boost controller show\'s a max of approx 0.95hhmg anyone know how this relates to bar/psi.
