rebuild kit???

ive been looking at an atkins master rebuild kit as the kit ive been looking at uses the 93+ corner seals and quite a few mazda parts but my questions is here
 
the 93+ kit comes with stock mazda 2mm apex seals but the 89-92 s5 kit comes with atkins high performance seals
 
any idea which is better? i would have thought mazda ones would be better due to the technology they put into there kits?? at worst ill just buy the kit then buy mazda apex seals
 
i can give you a full run down of the parts in the two kits.
 
also im trying to put fd intake manifold onto a fc are the intake gaskets the same or will i need the fd intake gaskets?
