what injector size??

hi guys my car is off the road for full chassis work (cage and extra seam welding) im going to be looking at new injectors to fit this is what i have (will be fitting to the car)
 
Greddy full front mount intercooler
gt40 turbo
external waistgate
fd intake manifold
pos thinking about street port
full turbo back 3" exhaust - 2.5" split after decat
aftermarket ecu
direct cold feed air filter
wilbro fuel pump
inline fuel pump
pressure reg
 
im looking at running 1 bar -1.2 bar unless i hit 400 before that any one tell me a rough injector size to go for?? both primary and seconary? also is a new fuel rail worth going for???

keep the stock primaries at 550cc and just upgrade the secondaries to 1680s top feed injectors, you will need to change the secondary fuel rail.

I might also suggest upgrading the fuel pump to a Bosch 044
