fuel pumps

Quick question upgrading the fuel system on my 90 fc im got prim stock injectors and seconds are 1000cc only hoping for 350-400 but later may wanna go more hence a larger secondary.
Fuel pumps I have a wilbro 250 in but going to swap to secondary tank and inline pump too question is it better to run a separate fuel line to prims and seconds using 2 inline pumps a lower power pump for prime and high power pump for seconds or just run 1 high pump?

Ecu wise im going to be running a greddy emanange ultimate with all bells so get fuel ignition and afm removal.

My swerl pot has 1 input main fuel 2 main out puts 2 injector return pipes and 2 tank returns. So pot is geared to either setup think it came off a v8 setup why I went for it incase I needed 2 pumps.
