Boost gauge connector

I have a Autometer boost gauge in my FD, connected to the manifold with small diameter hard nylon tubing. The rubber connector between the nylon tubing and the nipple on the manifold has popped off and disappeared, so I need to get hold of another connector. Does anyone know where I can get a connector from?

I\'ve had a look using google, but can\'t find anything that looks right.
