Hi, i had a full service the other day putting on new plugs, oil&filter change.

Also fitted my oem fuel pump with the Sard 280L.

when driving home i felt the car was juddering at times, abit of misfire feeling then it feels like u ran out of fuel and the car starts to slow down but then picks back up again after 4-5 sec\'s which is pretty scary as it happened on the motorway. anyone can help or know the problem as to why this is happening?

It is not really needed to change the fuel pump cos the stock one easily makes big power. We have well over 500 hp on a stock fuel pump.
Looking at the pic your pump is likely too high in the tank now.
What fuel level do you have?
If you fillthe tank and it it better then that is clearly the prob.

How much power are u talking? am thinking of going 550ish in the future so brought this to replace.

The stock pump seems to look like its be modified with a inch of extension hose in place with the collector to make full use of it.

Fuel level it just half of halfway left, i will fill it back up and see if things get better.

I would lose the rubber hose, fit the sock straight onto the bottom of the pump and lower the pump down to the correct position. The way you have it now the hose is probably getting kinked when installed as it is free to move around.

Yeah, i had a look and the hose was kinking as there is a bend on it, going to put stock back on 2moro as i have booked for a remap on Monday at WGT and don\'t wanna risk driving down like that.

Thanks for the helps guys... :wave

Sorry, misread your sentence of bhp :Tongue1

Filled petrol up and seems to have gone better but got a really strange sound while driving that i don;t know how to describe but changing back to stock 2moro....
