Best Spark Plugs and Leads for a TII

Ok first stupid question on the day that i should really know the answer to;

What are the best plugs and leads to get for my TII? Where from? and how much?

leads - ha ha ha ha good luck with that one matey - i really struggled - but ended up with MAGNACOR ones from PIP at about 68 inc vat - but expensive but do the job

and plugs - Hummmmmmm the cheapest my mate found was MAZDA - yeah i know - how shocking is that
