Are the Headlights adjustable ?

Hey guys are the standard pop up head lights adjustable ? And if so how ? Mine at the moment shine about 10 foot in front of the car when the headlights are on, which is really rubbish as you can\'t see anything.  and then shine to where they should on the headlight setting on full beam.

Yes pop them up and in the corners of the black glass surround there are holes which you can insert a smallish phillip\'s screwdriver turn left/right to adjust.
