Good Afternoon All,
 
Please find attached the club map for this weekend\'s JapShow.
 
As you can see, we have a large number of clubs attending this year and this year seems extremely popular.
 
Please can you ensure all your club members know their pitch location and have their stand pass on display in their window on arrival to the site. This will help the marshalls to move things along quicker.
This map is available on our website //www.japshow.com under the club section. Maps will also be available at the main gate. Don\'t forget to pick up a programme so you do not miss anything that is planned.
 
Please ensure every member is also aware of our site rules and regulations. The full list can be found on http://www.santapod.co.uk/g_essential.php
 
The main ones being -
•   NO GLASS ON SITE
•   CHARCOAL BBQ\'S ONLY
•   NO PA\'s OR INDEPENDENT SOUND SYSTEMS
•   NO MOVING OF BARRIERS/FENCING ON YOUR CLUB AREA
I will be around from 10am on Sunday onwards and will try and visit as many club areas as I can. However if you have any issues, then please speak to a member of security if I am not around.
 
Entry for the weekend is from 8am on Saturday (there is no camping Friday night) and 7am for clubs on Sunday.

Clive I take it camping on Saturday night is ok? What is the latest I can get in?

You can camp on the Satruday night, please check on the Santa Pod website re times etc.
