How to find the chassis numbers??

Hi, I know where one is under the bonnet but can\'t find the other. Does it have a second one? The car is a series 4.

I think isnt the other chassis number is on the logbook so you can make sure the two matches up?

Yea but there should be two on the car so ya can tell if its been chopped. Plus was reading that there should be one at the bottom of the windscreen visable from outside the car. Thats what im missing but there is no foul play woth, everything is in order. Just curious is all.
