Ok I am going to be running a GT42 turbo with a KG fuel rail setup with 1600cc secondaries, the questions are:

what size primaries to run? Can I run 1300 cc as primaries?

what fuel pumps to run both in tank and in line?

what fuel filter?

can I run braided fuel lines from the tank to the fuel rails without any big issues?

Thanks

Forgot to mention the motor is a full bridgeported motor and I was told should produce around 600hp

Hi Mate

You seems to have 4 questions.

I can\'t comment on first question because you never mentioned what secondary fuel injectors you are planning to use. As a guide, I am running
3x850s on Primary Rail and 3x1680s on the secondary fuel rail. This set is more than sufficient for over 1000BHP.

The best fuel pump in my opinion is Bosch 044. I am using one 044 in Tank and I will be using two Bosch 044s in line as well, either with 2 liter swirl pot or 4 liter Pot. I have two Pots as I bought one yesterday off FDUK. I need to decide which one is good for my application. Pete at Rice Racing speaks against my set up as he believes that Denso pumps should be used in tank and 044 Bosch in line. So its really for you to decide.

I am using a stock fuel filter and I am told that it is sufficient and adequate for any set up, however, I have not authenticated that statement, so someone can comment on this matter.

Braided lines are good, but it depends what kind of braided lines you want to use??? there are several braided lines, ranging from being capable of being used on petrol alone to methanol injection.. I personally speak against using braided lines from fuel tank to the rails, solely because the risk of them being damaged from humps and bumps is far greater then their advantages over the stock set up.. but its me and I live in London lollll

Hope the info is helpful

If you run 1300 primaries make sure they are not the 850 injectors bored out to 1300cc as they will stick and kill your motor. CJmotorsports sell a twin intank pump setup. Braided lines from tank to fuel rail is fine. If you you running bigger fuel line and have a decent pump setup you can probably manged iwth 1000cc injectors and 50psi basefuel pressure.
