HORN and LIGHTS

right aftre gettin my baby to start........(chufft to bits)

now a few more problems!!!

my horn aint working? just ca-put......
no.1 Where is the horn in the engine bay?
no 2. anyone have this problem before?

Now my lights!!! this is a strange one!!!

right here goes......i turned the ignition on....switched the lights on.....but the pass light wouldnt pop up!!! also the indicator that side wouldnt flash and the side light was dull....
turned the lights off and then the pass light poped up and down......:2Confused

so i pressed the button to pop up the lights then switched on the lights and the same thing again apart from this time the head light on the pass was dull and the side light was dull and the indecator didnt work.....:2Confused

second car hooked up to the car battery.........switched the ignition on (not starting the car) popped up the lights, switched the lights on, hazards too and everything worked!!!!:2Confused

so switched off the light, hazards and popped the lights down.......switched the lights on (without popping the lights up) an then i was back to square one!!!:2Confused

totaly and utterly Confused.com!!!

Can anyone help with this situation!!! MOT is tuesday and need this sorted ASAP!"!!!!!

Horn is mounted on the front crossmember behnd the front bumper, my type r fd has 2 dont know if all models are the same
 
No idea about the lights sorry??

ok sorted out the light issue!!! low battery and not enough power!!!

the horn i still can not find!!!!
