Hi everyone i tried searching for an answer on here but couldnt find anything that seemed to relate to my problem.

In a nut shell when you press the clutch in my FD then select say 1st or reverse (pulling away or manuvers) then slowly let the pedal up i get a horrible grinding, until you are either off the pedal or press it back down again. Im sure it would do it in 2nd, 3rd ect but normaly your on off the pedal too quick to hear it.

Spec of the car 1993 with only 40k miles so im wondering if it can be the gearbox at such a low mileage.
I\'ve read that the clutch forks wear and snap...?

Im an experienced technician so i will be sorting it myself, most annoying thing was when i took it into work back in the summer it didnt want to make any noise:mad:
Now im trying to sort the car for this years show season so i fired it up and shifted it for a clean and the noise is back.

So if anyone has any info or experience of this could you let me know what the source was.

Cheers Mike

P.S...Realised now i should of put this post here before so ta in advance for any and all info.
