An Introduction - Long overdue Really...lol

Hi Folks - Was having a clear out and came over some of my old pics of my RX-7. Did a bit of seraching and found this great forum.
 
Here\'s my old RX back in Summer 1994 when I shipped her from Canada (LHD). I was over there on holiday when my cousin was car hunting and saw an ad in an AutoCar mag. I had never seen one in the UK and fell in love with it.
 
Suffice to say I shipped her back for less than a grand and picked her up in Southampton. Drove all the way back to Nottm, only to be stopped by the Police entering Nottm for not having plates - I know - lets just put it down to age and excitement for not sorting things beforehand. Anyway they were more interested in the car and we chatted for a bit, then I drove home with the advice to get them plates sorted asap...lol
 
Probably one of the best cars Ive ever driven.
 
One of my biggest regrets was that I had to sell it just over a year later. I was a couple of years out of Uni back then and the cost of filling that things up just drained me. If I had the cash and the place I\'d would have stored that baby away.
 
It must still hopefully be out there - hope to find out someway if anyone here has it. Long shot I know. I\'ll try and get some more info.
