clutch/bearing failure?

Hi all, car was fine last night, drove it this morning, got about 200meters up the road, stopped at the junction, went to pull away and all I got was major judder. Clutch pedal felt light, and was vibrating.
Car still drives, and changes up seem ok, however changing down is met with a low pedal bite point, vibrations, and feels like something is broken for sure.


Ideas?

Car has an organic clutch with about 16000miles on.
