@Madder - nice incar video footage. Should give everyone who wasn\'t there a flavour of the experience on track!

Refurbed wheels cleaned up as new. Spent over 2 hours today taking both front wheels off, changing brake pads, thoroughly ceaning the calipers and wheels before putting all back together. Have now put a good coat of wax on the powder-coated wheels in an effort to stop the brake dust building up!

Hmmmm, my experiment with the RB ET900 racing pads wasn\'t overly successful. The pads worked well enough, but they only lasted the ONE day (brand new at the start of the day,  ~100 track miles during the day), and they are now worn out :3Confused I must be braking too hard...............

@Madder - you shouldn\'t have ANY brake fluid leaking. Check the bleed nipples are tight, and if the leak isn\'t from there you need to check the brake lines and joints for possible leaks. This is a potentially serious safety issue, so make sure the leak is sorted. Others more knowledgeable than me might also be able to comment............

Great day,

Shame about the rain sessions coz I planned to take a few of you out in
Kermit but because of the wet bits I only managed 5 dry sessions although
they were about 30 mins each one, I did go out in the wet as Malcolm would
testify to but virtually slick 888\'s with silly power on a wet track isn\'t the
best combo in the world but I wouldn\'t take a passenger out in it, next time
if anyone WANT\'S a ride just ask, I\'m more than happy to oblige.

Thanks again to Malcolm, Clive and Lisa, top job and we look forward to the next.

Dave

PS: Malc.... I hope you got the in car footage of me snaking through the
esses, should make for entertaining viewing !!!   hehe

Brilliant footage. Well done with your improvised (semi professional) camera mounting.
