Re amemiya rear diffuser help?

hi ive just got my re-am style rear diffuser (pro). it didnt come with any nuts and bolts though. rang the company and they said i can use any old bolts to fit it?
 
is this correct??

ive the shine copy of this diffuser. mine came with brackets and bolts.

you can use any nuts and bolts and screws to fit it. you may need to fab some mounting brackets so the bit that goes under the petrol tank can be attached to the bolts ontop of the tank. heres a pic of the brackets i got for mine.
