4 inch silenced exhaust mid section

Hi Guys.
 
Need some help trying to find a 4inch silenced mid section for the exhaust, as i really need to stop my ears bleeding!! obviously its a custom pipe so if anyone knows where i might be able to get one that would be great.  All help appreciated!
