Ive been using this oil in my turbo fc for a year now-

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_193221_langId_-1_categoryId_165581

im wondering if this is okay too use? ive changed my oil every 3000 miles without fail.
Im looking to drift the car eventually this year and im after some good protection as drifting puts allot of stress on the engine and as allot of heat is generated im looking to find an oil with the best protection.
Is there a better oil out there that wont break the bank every 300 miles?

if your doing drifting maybe go up to a 15w/50 as id imagine your oil would get very hot and the extra viscosity would mean it doesnt go to thin and doesnt get effected by fuel contamination as badly(assuming you will be at high rpm, hence loads of fuel)

But probably best as a few of the drift guys to see what they run

Perhaps look into modifying the OMP to run 2 stroke oil injection, and run the oil in the sump fully synthetic :)

Also premixing with some 2 stroke along with the oil you are using will give added benefit, although be careful as the oil lowers the octane rating in the fuel so it might detonate if you aren\'t careful!

ah okay cool,i found this stuff-

Ive got a oil temp gauge so il watching that carefully, whats the hottest my oil can get before i have problems??

Allso whats the ratio of 2 stroke in the fuel as il add some off that if im going to be ragging it?
