I know you never know yours my be new, I have tired one on the car and they look ok.
 Under £1 per nut is still very cheap though.

yeah, if they\'re in good nick, then a quid each is a bargain I suppose. I would still probably have gone for them.

If their used he should of said so,but he could of said almost as good as new.

File a dispute with Ebay straight away. The seller is responsible for the item until you have safely received it, not until he sticks it in the post box.
If they do turn up, you can always cancel the claim.
Ask Paypal to refund your money.
