Gonna give my car a really good wash this weekend or next and just wondering what people recommend.

Ive already got a load of meguires stuff (gold class wash/ tech wax/ tire shiny stuff/ micro fibre cloths and sponge etc etc) but im more concerned about the fd problem areas i.e back bumper has slight tarnishing from flamage as does stock wing. Neither are bad enough that a rubbing compound or claybar shouldnt be able to sort. Also i want the paint to regain its deep glossy wet look, its already in really good condition but i just want to really have a good day at it.

When i originally bought the car i paid for a paint treatment (armourguard i believe) which was excellent and would like to have that done again but firstly i want to see how well it comes up with just elbow grease so any tips will be greatly received.

Also if it helps the car is Chaste White and i dont have the use of a powered buffing m/c just the above, a hose, bucket, and old fashioned hard graft so if any products like compound or clay are gonna be best ill pick them up from halfords tomorrow upon recommendation.

I have a white RX and use meguires show glaze No.7 for polishing and then use R222 wax over the top and gives a nice wet look finish.
No7 is hard work as its a pure polish but the wax goes on and off like butter and leave no powder residue, and is fine on the bits of trim
