Im thinking there could be issues with trying to fit this for a RHD car?

Speedworks

Mounting points of the subframe are thesame, as far as Jason told me, the steering rack location hasn\'t changed either. his idea was to have a subframe that allowed all the stock items to remain in place (like steering rack to avoid bump steer correction)

So as far as I can see, there shouldn\'t be an issue about that.

just sent him a PM on RX7club.com and he will be with you shortly.

^^^ surely there are only two ways to do this? One is to mount the lump right up high above the rack, whereupon you run into problems with clearance to the bonnet etc, and it knackers the weight distribution what with the engine being too high up and far forward. The other way is to sit it down behind the rack etc, but then you need custom sump etc and have to severely massage the firewall to get it in.

I\'m definitely no expert, but surely there\'s no such thing as an easy drop-in solution? It needs a lot of working around to even get close to making it work

This one looks like it has a custom sump...

Speedworks

yes it has and it\'s included in the sale.

This would mate up with a 13B Auto gearbox.. the end plate looks like its from an auto, there is not difference between a 20B end plate and a 13B?

James

Speedworks

yes there is a difference (just like with 13B\'s)
For those details you need to contact Jason, but I will ask when I speak to him tonight.

As I recall, many US guy have hooked up their FD gearbox to the 20B without mods.

That looks a pretty cool deal :) you can still buy 20Bs from mazda as crate motors - £14k each
