I understand the "myth" about the potential damage to turbo without a bov. I bought the rex without the bov, so I am looking to put back with a standard bov.

If anyone has one knocking about, please let me know how much plus postage.

Thanks.

I sold my Bov on my single setup, i just couldnt hear it over the chatter so got rid after reading big tubs can take some stick and didnt need a bov. you would hope a tub could take some pressure due to the costing of them

Quote from: steveobennet;671196thats partially the reason i blocked off mine, its just really annoying when i\'m trying to drive lightly and get a stupid woosh! i\'ve just got to sort the air pump now. thinking of running a 3m hose right to the back of the car, and put it in a box filled with foam! doesn\'t help that its got a wee filter on the end, even tried the small hole but it just changes the noise! anyway bit off topic:Hammer

Yes, got the standard recirc valve, used to have a Blitz, but thought I\'d get rid of the tcsshh by putting back the recirc....but no luck, and gained the stupid whistle noise. Anyway, got a SARD on the way, so will put that on to get rid of the leaking whistle, then quieten down the tschh:Thumbsup!

you should be able to get a recirc kit for that?? basicaly pipe it back to the air filters rether than to atmosphear... this will quieten it down a fair bit ;)
