What is mine?

Hi,
I know there have been questions in the past about the different model types, but I still can\'t figure what model my Gen 3 is.

My reg document just say\'s "Sport".

I\'d like to try and register mine as a 1.3 and thought I\'d try and sort out the model type at the same time.

My car is an Auto, it has two oil coolers, & seats in the back. it is supposedly a 1992 model. Chassis #FD3S 105119.

Using your skill and judgement, can anyone help me out?

No expert, but did the Type R\'s have an auto option as well?

Hiya Framey, could be a type X touring if it\'s an auto, also came with electric sunroof, leather seats and Bose sound system. Sorry can\'t help with the location of the engine number. Best regards Leigh.

The Registration documents for my type RB say it\'s a 2.6 litre.  Just like those cretins at insurance companies.

Has anyone succeeded in getting a FD registered as a 1.3 litre?

I could do with the saving on Road Tax!!!

Yeah, mines registered as 1.3........98 import. Declared 1308cc when it came over last year......cheap road tax and 350 hp...go figure....
