FD3 Engine Trouble

So iv just finished rebuilding my FD3, after having to replace the inlet manifold gasket. And Having completed the task, i tried firing it up for the 1s ttime to develope a hi Squeel from 1 of the Pulleys. Sorting this problem, i then tried a 2nd time to fire it up, and it did so.. running for around 40 seconds and sounding all nice, (minus the Excessive fumes) it just all of a sudden died. And iv not since been able to get it fired bak up.
Iv chacked the fuel, and spark and both appear to be there and stable, (the plugs was wet, and dirty so replaced these) Now iv come stuck on what to look for next. So any help could be Greatly Appreciated.:wiggle
