Fitting Samcos

Hi peoples,

Have just brought the samco hose kit to replace the original coolant ones.

Couple of questions related to this, firstly before I start taking pipes off is there a way of draining the system . . . like a drain plug on the rad or something?

Secondly whats the best way of filling up the coolant system again and how do you know how much to put back in?

And lastly, whats the best coolant to use in the system?
