Help Rats Nest Argh

Here we go again. i think this has happened since i did a whole engine bay clean and unplugged 1 or two silicone pipes and then re-connected but no idea what i have done wrong but the Chatter noise from my dump valve is not coming from my dump valve its coming from my primary air filter and its a really long nice sounding chatter that goes from loud to quiet then fades away. I hardly rev the car and it chatters when i let off the rev for a good 4 seconds out of the primary air filter. Any ideas?? thanks.

Another new sound?! Or was this the noise you got when I asked what dump valve you had last week?

leon its the same noise as my valve makes but its coming out of my air filter not my dump valve... :S
