FD Exterior door handles

Hi Nik, hope all\'s well with you!
you\'re right they ain\'t cheap but getting a new one from Mazda is the same price (actually a bit more) than getting two ally bits (he quotes £125 for UK)....

although it would be a bit of a b*gger to do as you\'d have to take the whole mechanism apart and it\'s a tad fiddly, although of course I\'ve got one to practice on now!

Hey Mark! yeah, it probably is a pretty comparable price to Mazdas\', I hadn\'t thought of it like that. I\'ve taken the approach of buying a spare handle every time one floats by cheap on eBay, so hopefully my stockpile will last a few years :rollin

I broke both of mine in the same week (had to get into the car via the boot). Very straight forward to replace. I bought the replacement from Mazda main dealer garage down south but I can\'t remember the one, and for a change they were very helpful and knew a bit about FD\'s.
