Linking Apexi Power FC and Apexi EBC

So I have both the items installed at present and would like to somehow link the Apexi Power FC and my Apexi Boost controller. The boost controller uses the same solenoid as in the kits the sell so what else do I need to link it up and how?

Do I still need the map sensor as well, mine is running quite nicely on a standard TII one for now until I can either get hold of a FD one or a 3 bar one.
