A few questions on my new rex

Well i got it friday night and was very happy with it
 
now then a couple questions
 
Cooling mist Water & Methanol injection system
 

 
This has a container in the engine bay what should i be putting in it Ciaren the guy i got the car off said just distilled water, should i not be mixing some methonol in there to?
 
If so can i use screen wash as thats like 95% meth anyway?
 
also what mix of meth / water
 
 
Oil
 
What oil should i be using, i hear mineral oil gives the best results what grade etc.... should i be using
 
 
Coolant
 
Again whats the best coolant and mix to go for?
 
 
Gearbox Oil
 
Not sure if its just me but keep missing 3rd and straight into 5th going to give the gearbox a oil change just in case again what grade etc...
 
Sprak Plugs
 
What should i be using car is running 430bhp

i run 50-50 mix of distilled water with screen wash

use 10-40W or 14-40W castrol mineral oil

plugs use either 9s and 10s or tens all round if required, some need them some dont

cheers for that, how do the plugs work then if there mixed are they staggered like 9-10 9-10 or 10\'s in one housing and 9\'s in the other?
