rotary service needed

Hello,
I have FC TII taken from europe:3gears-lh
it has few problems and I can\'t fix it by my self, or need good advice how
 
first one, the turbo doesn\'t boost more than 0.5 BAR maybe problems are in gaskets or maybe turbo. As I\'ve checked turbos axle it\'s ok...
 
Second one is my water temperature gauge doesint work, I installed alternative and my e fan is always turned on so temperature is around 70 celsius degrees.
 
third one is headache..
I start the engine wait until it warm up and drive... aproximately after 10 min I can\'t boost, because it feels like engine is fuel cutting, but if I fast turn of and on ignition, then fuelcutting dissapear and I can drive for 10 more minutes without problems....
 
Is there who can help me solve my problem near leicester?
rotary service would be awsome..
 
I\'ve tryed to seek for in info where could find serice that could take a look on my FC.
