Speedo Conversion

Hi,

My speedo seems to be having an identity crisis.  This weekend its decided it doesnt want to be a speedo anymore it wants to be a rev counter. Hmmm :rollin

So I guess its probably the right time to replace it and convert it to MPH.

Does anyone have any experience of this and what are the options.  I\'ve seen replacement faces - are they any good and easy to fit.

Or should I just replace all the clocks!

Ideas guys??
