your opinion on this fd

hey guys been trying to sell my car for what seems like years now! haha to try and get my first fd, but i seem to be getting closer. i have spotted a car on pistonheads, the problem with the paint doesnt bother me as i do full paint correction and repairs on weekends but when it comes to the rotary stuff i am a very big novice, so opinions from you guys would be very helpful, i have been speeking to the seller through e-mail and he seems to be very knowlegeable about rotarys
