scuffed alloys- in need of repair

Hi All

I have colour coded (white) 17’ alloys which are now pretty scuffed with the white paint off especially by the rim.  I want to do the rear ones

Does any one know where I could go and have them re-sprayed / repaired while I wait (within 40 miles of London)?

The chips away guy I use said he would to them for me but I want to look at other options?

Alternately does any one know if I could buy a hand held portable small spray gun to do it my self?
