Increased Idle ??

Hey guys,
i have just got the fd back on the road after changing the turbos for standard replacements with good seals, replacing all vacuum hoses, removing air pump, disabling air-con and fitting hard pipes. i have noticed since it has been back on the road, and about a week before i took it off the road that my idle had increased from a hunty 850rpm to a steady 1250-1300? sometimes it will drop to 1100 or maybe 900 when i come to a stanstill at traffic lights and such like. The idle doesnt fluctuate quickly, it seems to stay at a certain rpm until you come to a standstill again and then it seems to choose an idle rpm!! I have just bought a power fc today with commander for a 1991-1995 fd rx7 so im hoping it will fit my 1992 uk fd?? otherwise im stuck with a power fc that doesn\'t fit! Will the power fc be able to tell me why my idle is high and also can i adjust it from there too?? I wish i could say it was because i had replaced these things and removed others but the issue started before i started any work on the car. Any feedback would be greatly recieved.
